Consumers should first contact their video/cable provider to discuss their dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact the Michigan Public Service Commission, MPSC, for help in dealing with the video/cable provider.

The State website, http://www.michigan.gov/mpsc, provides more information about Public Act 2009 004 and how to file a complaint. 

Choose the Video/Cable option from the left menu on the web page. “How do I file a complaint” link is under the consumer heading.

Changes to the Comcast service center in Ann Arbor
Comcast will open a new customer service center located at 2505 S. Industrial on January 25, 2010. This location will also have a payment drop box for customers. The Washtenaw Avenue location will close and cease operations at the close of business on Saturday, January 23, 2010.
